NMSEZ is the only new SEZ in India where the land except the regional park zone is in possession of the project [...] In addition to the existing infrastructure, new projects are on the table. Introduction Navi Mumbai is a modern township spread over an area of around 350 sq. This zone could be utilised for recreational activities and proposed infrastructure in the zone includes a club home, golf course and other recreational facilities amenities. In addition, 300 hectares of land adjacent to the port is proposed to be contributed by JNPT.
