One thing I suggest with all of my students is you need to be looking for other ways for commercial investment realestate to make you money. Why? I mean this is how to make $50,000 an hour isn’t it? What helps me is I think in stages of what provides the most cash flow, what provides the most cash now or what provides the most predictable rate of return, what provides the most tax savings, etc. I call them alternative ways.
